1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
International shipping is carried out by DHL Express Worldwide. Once a product is selected and added to cart, the first step of the checkout process involves a “get a shipping quote” application – at this point you will receive a quote based on the destination the product is to be shipped. Estimated delivery time is approximately one (1) to five (5) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are to be used a guide only.
Shipping within Greece is carried out by ACS courier (express) and its free of charge…
For cash on delivery (only in Greece) there is a cost of three (3 Euros).

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Please make sure that the shipping address you provide is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery service is carried out by DHL (express) for international shipments and by ACS Courier (express) within Greece.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities.
We insure each purchase whilst in transit and till the products are delivered to the address you provided us with.
Upon delivery of the purchased products, we require your signature, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified another person as recipient of the purchased products, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfer of the responsibility.
Please check the package is not damaged before signing.
3. TAX AND CUSTOMS
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities.
We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return the items delivered to you within 14 days upon delivery date by return shipment . In such a case you will receive a refund equal to the returned product’s value. If the purchased item
Has any kind of damage or problem the cost of the dispatch will be paid by the company.
You can only exchange the purchased item for the same item in different size and/or color, based on availability. We will not accept exchanges of other kind. Should you decide to return a purchased product be advised that you will have to make a new order for every next purchase.
All items should return to us unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled and we may send them back to you and/or a refund will be refused. More specifically:
All shoes should be tried on carpeted area only.
